I honestly regret coming back to AutoGlassNow. The first time I used them (in Indiana), everything was smooth and professional. This time? Completely different story. It started with the appointment. I walked in and was told I needed an appointment—which I already had. When I came in for it, I later found out the manager had scheduled it incorrectly for a different date. Instead of owning the mistake, they just brushed it off, but still took me in that day. I had a small chip in my windshield. They charged me $105 to repair it and told me it came with a lifetime warranty. Two weeks later, the chip got bigger. I stopped by again, and the place was chaotic—there was a fire truck outside and employees just standing around. I explained the issue, and the manager’s response? “We can replace the glass and deduct what you paid.” When I asked about the lifetime warranty, she said they can’t redo the repair because it was already done. That’s not what was explained at all. When I questioned it, she got visibly frustrated and started raising her voice. At that point, I told her even if I needed a replacement, I wouldn’t trust them to do it. Her response? “That’s up to you.” I asked a

Scheduled the replacement of our rear window online. I received two calls; one to confirm the appointment and gather additional details, and the other to finalize and provide me additional details about the day of service. While similar in nature, they both served a valuable purpose to ensure that we had no issues when our tech arrived. I received text updates from our tech and when he arrived, he introduced himself, and went over the exact process and gave me a time estimate. Eddie was very professional and informative.
